Genuine medicines, authorised buyers, complete documents

How Yugashree India makes sure every medicine we supply comes from an authorised source, is checked before dispatch and reaches only buyers who are authorised to receive it.

Last updated: 14 October 2026

1. Supply policy

We supply prescription medicines only to buyers who hold the authorisation their country requires. We do not sell to the general public.

  • Named-patient and small-quantity orders: a valid prescription from the treating physician for that patient, plus any import authorisation the destination country requires.
  • Distributors, importers and hospitals: a valid drug import or wholesale licence from their country’s health authority, checked before we issue a proforma.

2. Authorised sourcing

We are a merchant exporter, not a manufacturer. We buy only from manufacturers and authorised distributors that hold a valid licence in their own country, in India, Singapore, the UAE, Turkey and other markets.

  • We check a new supplier’s licence before the first purchase and keep a copy on file.
  • We do not buy stock of unknown or undocumented origin.
  • Every quotation states the product’s country of origin.

3. Checks before dispatch

  • Product, strength, pack and quantity are checked against your purchase order.
  • Batch number and expiry date are checked against the certificate of analysis.
  • Remaining shelf life is stated in the quotation and confirmed before shipment.
  • Packaging is inspected for damage and tampering.

4. Shipment documents

We also prepare the additional import documents your market requires. Tell us your market’s list with your first enquiry.

5. Cold chain and handling

Temperature-sensitive products ship in validated cold-chain packaging chosen for the expected transit time, following the manufacturer’s storage conditions. Shipments are booked on routes that keep transit time as short as possible and are tracked to the destination airport.

6. Batch traceability

For every shipment we record which batch numbers and expiry dates went to which customer. This lets us contact affected buyers quickly if a manufacturer issues a quality alert or recall.

7. Complaints and recalls

  • Report a quality complaint to exportsales@yugashreeindia.com with the batch number, photos and a short description, ideally within 7 days of receipt.
  • We acknowledge every complaint within 1 business day, inform the manufacturer or supplier, and keep you updated until it is closed.
  • If a manufacturer issues a recall, we notify every affected customer using our traceability records and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

8. Licences and registrations

FDA Maharashtra state drug licence, ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, Authorised Economic Operator, Star Export House, Pharmexcil membership, IEC AACCY1453C and GSTIN 27AACCY1453C1ZL. Copies are available on request for your supplier qualification. See About us for details.

9. Quality contact

Our designated Quality Officer oversees supplier qualification, document checks and complaint handling. For quality questions, supplier qualification questionnaires or audits, write to exportsales@yugashreeindia.com.
