1. Who we are
This website is operated by Yugashree India Pvt Ltd (CIN U46103PN2026PTC250475), a licensed pharmaceutical merchant exporter with its office at Off No.12, Gut No. 468/5, Aditya Plaza, Mahabal Road, Mehrun, Jalgaon, Maharashtra 425002, India. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
We apply this policy to visitors and buyers worldwide, including in Brazil (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, LGPD), the United Kingdom and European Union (GDPR), and India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).
2. Data we collect
- Quotation and enquiry forms: your name, company, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the products and quantities you ask about, and any message you write.
- Email and WhatsApp messages you send us, and the documents you attach, such as licences or purchase orders.
- Analytics data, only if you accept analytics cookies: pages viewed, approximate location (city or country), device and browser type, how you arrived at the site, and actions such as quote requests or WhatsApp clicks. We do not use it to identify you personally.
- Technical logs kept by our hosting provider for security, such as IP address and request time.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

4. Prescriptions and patient data
Please do not send patient prescriptions or medical information through the website forms. For named-patient orders, prescriptions and import authorisations are exchanged directly by email with our export team, treated as confidential, accessed only by staff who need them, and shared only with the parties required to complete the supply and import, such as the supplying distributor, customs and the health authority of the destination country.
5. Who we share it with
- Service providers that process data on our behalf: Zoho Corporation (CRM and business email), Google (website analytics, only with your consent) and Hostinger (website hosting).
- Logistics and trade partners needed to complete an order: manufacturers and authorised distributors, freight forwarders, couriers, customs brokers and banks.
- Authorities when the law requires it, such as customs, tax and drug regulators.
6. International transfers
We are based in India, and our service providers may process data in India and other countries. When personal data from Brazil, the UK or the EU is transferred, we rely on our providers’ contractual and security commitments to protect it, and we transfer only what is needed for the purpose.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to an order: up to 3 years after our last contact.
- Customer, order and shipment records: as long as Indian company, tax and export law requires, generally 8 years.
- Website analytics data: 14 months.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you are, you can ask us to confirm whether we hold your data, give you a copy, correct it, delete or anonymise it, move it to another provider, tell you who we have shared it with, or stop processing it. You can withdraw consent to analytics cookies at any time. Buyers in Brazil have these rights under article 18 of the LGPD.
Send your request to exportsales@yugashreeindia.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We reply within 15 days. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority, such as the ANPD in Brazil or the ICO in the UK.
